It’s the attention to detail and the addition of quality features that sets Intrapac’s developments apart. Oaktree Rise in Lysterfield was one of the first examples of this approach.

Intrapac was able to negotiate with council to fully pave a section of public road which was not part of the estate but which provided an interface between the main arterial road and the estate. Intrapac fully built in stone and extensively landscaped an embankment opposite the ‘borrowed’ entry road.

In doing so it created a significant entry statement and with appropriate internal landscaping and streetscape designs, coupled with architectural guidelines, achieved record prices in a relatively soft market.

In 1997 Intrapac was awarded the prestigious UDIA (VIC) Awards for Excellence – Residential Development for the Oaktree Rise development in Lysterfield.
