Salisbury Valley was a landmark rural residential project in the environmentally sensitive Upper Beaconsfield area.
Intrapac worked closely with Melbourne Water, Council and Council Environmental Officers to develop a fully integrated habitat reserve and wetlands area abutting the 31 lot development. The development consisted of 28, one acre lots and three, five acre lots which were thoughtfully designed to allow for the appropriate siting of housing to make best use of the location and natural slope of the land to overlook the three hectares of fully landscaped habitat reserve designed by Intrapac.
Whilst Salisbury Valley was a relatively small project in lot numbers, Intrapac achieved record sale prices for the allotments. Impressively the five acre lots were all sold in one day at auction. This was as a result of not only the landscaping but also the environmental sensitive design of building allotments and appropriate design guidelines. The habitat reserve included walking and riding trails and also allowed for the natural migration of native birds and fauna.
