Meet Viane
Viane brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role, drawing on a strong background in town planning and community development.
Originally from New Zealand, Viane completed his bachelor’s degree in town planning before earning a master’s in planning in the UK. He has since worked extensively across both Australia and New Zealand, combining his planning expertise with a deep commitment to community engagement.
At Whiterock, he’s excited to help foster a sense of belonging through events, clubs and initiatives that encourage neighbours to support one another by embracing close-knit community values.
“I’m really looking forward to the opportunities here at the Community House. I’m hoping we’ll be able to start a variety of different community programs and connect with local schools to provide opportunities for extracurricular clubs,” shared Viane.
Backed by Intrapac Property’s strong focus on building social infrastructure, Viane plays a crucial role in helping Whiterock grow into a vibrant, supportive environment. He’s particularly looking forward to collaborating with future local schools and residents to kick off community clubs, from running and chess to ukulele groups.

Whiterock Community House
The Whiterock Community House was officially opened this month by Hon Shayne Neumann, Federal member for Blair and Intrapac Property CEO, Max Shifman, marking a new milestone here at Whiterock.
The space has been designed as a welcoming hub where residents can connect, learn, and get involved. From workshops and fitness classes to social gatherings and events, it offers opportunities for residents to build friendships, share experiences, and contribute to a positive, engaged community atmosphere.
By encouraging connection, well-being, and community spirit, the Community House supports a vibrant, close-knit neighbourhood and reflects Intrapac Property’s commitment to creating thriving residential communities across Australia.
