Alan joined Intrapac in 2012, taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer. An accomplished executive with over 30 years’ experience in financial services and property funds management industries for both listed and private companies, Alan is responsible for finance, accounting, financial reporting, taxation and regulatory compliance, cash flow management and human resources at Intrapac.
Aside from his CFO role, Alan is also the appointed “Responsible Manager” for a number of organisations holding an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), assisting them in meeting compliance and financial obligations under their licence. Alan is also a member of a compliance committee for a Melbourne based fund manager offering a range of property investment funds to retail and wholesale investors.
Originally from South Africa, Alan migrated to Australia over 35 years ago and now resides in Melbourne, with his wife Heidi. A respected and popular team member, Alan is the good-natured recipient of friendly ribbing among colleagues, for his careful financial management of Intrapac’s social gatherings.
