As Development Director at Intrapac Property, Anthony plays a leading role across some of the company’s most significant Victorian communities, including Kinley and Ellarook. His expertise spans the full development lifecycle — from early visioning and feasibility through to stakeholder engagement, approvals, delivery and asset transfer.

Anthony specialises in complex masterplanned communities and large-scale urban regeneration projects, with a strong focus on balancing commercial outcomes with long-term community value, sustainability and placemaking. He works closely with government authorities, consultants, community stakeholders and project teams to help deliver highly considered residential communities designed for long-term liveability.

He has been instrumental in shaping the vision for Kinley in Lilydale — Victoria’s largest residential infill development — helping guide the transformation of the historic Cave Hill quarry into a sustainable, heritage-led community connected to parks, wetlands, recreation and future village infrastructure.
