Nick brings over 12 years of hands-on experience in construction and property development across New Zealand and Australia. Having worked for Tier 1 commercial construction companies and most recently delivering high-end residential homes, he’s developed a strong technical foundation and an eye for detail that ensures projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Passionate about applying his built-form expertise to the early stages of development, Nick joined Intrapac in 2026 to focus on shaping projects from concept to completion, ensuring each project meets design intent while achieving practical and successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
