To be able to pinpoint properties that are years away from being somewhere anyone might develop, let alone live, and create a community in … to see every part of the development process, from the start right through to the end, where kids are running around - I find great fulfilment in that. I know it might sound corny, but we are primarily in the business of building and developing dreams. Of course, we have commercial objectives to meet, like any other business. But I believe success in the property industry comes as a by-product of delivering on that dream.

Simon Dal Zotto joined Intrapac as an Acquisitions Manager, with over 20 years of property experience. 

Building on an early passion for property, he has spent time working in two large property companies, as a Senior Negotiator for Blue Chip Agency CB Richard Ellis, and a valuer for Hay Property Consultants.

Simon co-founded Gap Property Group in 2015, a business focused primarily on land acquisition. Operating independently as Dal Zotto Property Group from 2019 onward, his next chapter further refined his diverse skill set; involving valuations across rural, retail and commercial developments, sales asset restructuring, englobo land development, retail & commercial leasing, as well as property management, data analysis and forecasting.

In a career marked by a series of entrepreneurial ventures and highly-skilled roles, his adaptable growth mindset has borne success across varied sectors. In 2012, Simon launched D.O.C Distribution, offering innovative, sustainable operations to the food and beverage industry, through the concept of wine-on-tap. With an established sales team in place, the rapidly growing business now relies less on Simon’s day-to-day management – allowing him to enjoy wine more so as a treat, than a professional calling.
