After a four year hiatus, Intrapac’s Golf Day returned in full swing (pardon the pun) last Thursday at the stunning Keysborough Golf Club with a stunning day out for all out on the course for the sixty odd guests in attendance.
With inclusion our major focus, serious golfers were warned in advance that the game was not to be taken too seriously. Teeing off at 1pm sharp after a delicious lunch, the twelve Ambrose teams hit the course only to put aside their clubs for the first hole and test their skills kicking off with a soccer ball.
Over the reduced fourteen hole course, our guests were treated to an odd assortment of challenges including: “Golf Pong”, “Floppy Putter”, “Straightest Drive”, “Quickest Hole”, “Obstacle Course”, “Beat The Pro” and everyone’s favourites – Gin and Whiskey Tasting & Bloody Mary Oyster Shots!
For those looking for a less competitive day, a Golf Clinic lead by the Keysborough’s Head Pro, Christie, provided an opportunity to learn the basics on the driving range before trying out their new skills on the course.
After the last two years that Melbourne has endured, the return of the Intrapac Golf Day provided a wonderful opportunity for Intrapac team members, partners, contractors and suppliers to join together in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
