Hillcrest Estate was a boutique sized project followed the success of Churchill Park in the Melbourne south eastern suburb of Narre Warren North. The development boasted prestigious half acre lots which, taking advantage of the natural elevated position of the site, offered commanding views of the adjoining valley. The development also featured blue stone paving, heritage street lamps and extensive landscaping and building controls that enhanced the appearance and desirability of the estate, protecting the purchaser’s investment.
Hillcrest Estate was entirely pre sold before completion based largely on purchasers recognising the quality of Intrapac’s projects as evidenced by Churchill Park.
