Alan Hayden joined Intrapac Property in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 30 years of experience across financial services, property funds management and corporate governance.
With extensive expertise spanning finance, accounting, taxation, regulatory compliance and cash flow management, Alan plays a critical role in supporting Intrapac’s long-term growth and operational performance across its national development portfolio. His disciplined and strategic approach to financial management has helped strengthen the systems, processes and reporting structures that underpin the business today.
Known for his calm leadership style and commercial insight, Alan works closely across all areas of the business to ensure the finance function remains closely connected to the delivery of projects on the ground — supporting informed decision-making, sustainable growth and the ability to act on new opportunities as they emerge.
In addition to his role at Intrapac, Alan is an appointed Responsible Manager for a number of organisations holding an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), assisting with compliance and financial governance obligations. He also serves on a compliance committee for a Melbourne-based property fund manager offering investment opportunities to both retail and wholesale investors
