The way Intrapac approaches development - it’s not about appeasing shareholders as number one, it’s about doing things well. Both Max and David ensure we put the time into developing ideas, to give back to the community and spend a little bit extra on a project if it creates a better result. It is very satisfying to work with a varied group of consultants, to watch a plan evolve, and then to finally have that plan approved and appear on site, in each community we build.
Joining Intrapac in 2016, Jeff is a Development Manager for Intrapac Queensland and New South Wales.
He is a registered civil engineer and has been involved with the planning and design of various developments in QLD, NSW and Western Australia. Through his personal experience raising two energetic boys, Jeff places a high value on active, walkable communities, safe and welcoming civic areas, and quality open spaces and playing fields.
Jeff is the Development Manager responsible for Intrapac’s northern NSW project Kingscoast and Whiterock, currently under construction in Ipswich’s Ripley Valley.
