With over 15 years of real estate sales experience spanning land, regional properties, medium density and inner-suburban apartments, Joel Williams brings a holistic approach to his role as Victorian Sales Manager for Intrapac Property.

Joel’s drive and personable nature saw him relocate to Queensland in 2012 as project manager of a specialist team driving the Mary Valley Divestment program for the Queensland Government. Working closely with government and community stakeholders, Joel led his team in successfully selling hundreds of rural properties back to private ownership.
