As National Sales Manager at Intrapac Property, Joel leads sales strategy and performance across the company’s national portfolio, working closely with project teams, builder partners and agencies to deliver strong commercial outcomes and customer experiences across a diverse range of residential communities.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of the residential property market, Joel has built extensive experience across both private and government-led projects. In 2012, he relocated to Queensland to lead a specialist team managing the Queensland Government’s Mary Valley Divestment Program, successfully overseeing the sale of hundreds of rural properties back into private ownership through close engagement with government and community stakeholders.

A licensed real estate agent, Joel brings a practical and market-led approach to sales and project positioning, with expertise spanning land communities, medium-density housing and apartment developments.
