With a background in structural and civil engineering, Matt has extensive experience in planning and delivering many facets of development projects. Matt had worked on numerous significant public and private construction projects throughout Queensland and New South Wales before turning his focus to development.

Matt originally joined Intrapac in 2017, contributing significantly to several landmark communities before departing in 2023 to pursue additional industry experience. In 2026, he returned to Intrapac, bringing with him expanded insights and renewed energy for delivering exceptional residential communities. Throughout his time with Intrapac, Matt has played a central role in the creation and delivery of some of the company’s most recognisable addresses, including Harvest Rise in Queensland, as well as Banyan Hill and Aureus in New South Wales.
