Michael Khan joined Intrapac Property in 2021, bringing more than 25 years of experience across land development, masterplanned communities and large-scale residential projects throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
With a background in Civil Engineering, Michael has built a career focused on creating high-quality residential communities that balance strong urban outcomes with market demand and long-term liveability. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles across both public and private development organisations, leading multidisciplinary teams through the acquisition, planning and delivery of major residential and infrastructure projects.
As State Manager for Queensland and New South Wales, Michael oversees Intrapac’s operations across both states, guiding projects from early planning through to delivery. Known for his collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of the development process, he is passionate about creating communities that integrate quality urban design, architecture, public realm and built form to deliver strong outcomes for both residents and the broader community
