Nick Taylor is a Development Manager for the growing Avant Business, bringing more than 12 years of experience across construction and property development in both Australia and New Zealand. His background spans Tier 1 commercial construction, high-end residential delivery and development management, providing a strong technical foundation and detailed understanding of the built form process.

Having worked across complex residential and construction projects, Nick has developed a reputation for combining technical expertise with a practical and detail-oriented approach to project delivery. His experience across both construction and development allows him to bridge the gap between design vision and real-world delivery outcomes, ensuring projects are both highly considered and commercially successful.

Nick joined Intrapac Property in 2026 with a focus on contributing to the planning, design and delivery of residential built form communities from concept through to completion. He is particularly passionate about the early stages of development, where strong visioning, built-form thinking and collaborative planning help shape projects that deliver long-term liveability and value for future residents.

Working closely with internal development teams, consultants and delivery partners, Nick supports the progression of projects through design coordination, construction integration and development execution. His hands-on construction background provides valuable insight into buildability, quality control and practical project outcomes across Intrapac’s and Avant’s growing national portfolio.
