Sally Steinkrug is a senior property marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience delivering strategic marketing, brand and sales campaigns across some of Australia’s leading residential communities and development projects.

With expertise spanning project marketing, brand development, product positioning and community creation, Sally has worked across award-winning masterplanned communities, urban infill developments and residential projects throughout Australia. Her approach combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of how branding, storytelling and placemaking influence the way people connect with communities and ultimately choose where they want to live.

As National Marketing Manager at Intrapac Property, Sally leads the marketing strategy across the company’s national portfolio, helping shape the positioning and growth of communities across Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory. Passionate about creating places that leave a lasting impact, she is recognised for delivering thoughtful, market-led campaigns that balance commercial outcomes with authentic community connection.
