Intrapac Property’s Managing Director, David Payes was recognised by the UDIA and his peers at the December, 2019 UDIA Victoria Awards for Excellence with David receiving the UDIA Life Membership Award.
A past President of UDIA Victoria from 2014-2016, David steered the organisation successfully through a generational transition with the appointment of Danni Hunter as CEO to reinforce the UDIA position as the peak industry body. David served as a UDIA Victoria Board member for 10 years, in the capacity of Immediate Past President and as a member of the Executive Committee. David has served UDIA National as a Victorian National Councillor for over five years, participating as a member of the Executive, and the Taxation Reform Committee.
