AND THE WINNER IS…HARVEST RISE!
We are thrilled that Harvest Rise has been recognised at the 2018 Logan Urban Design Award for Master Planning in Queensland.
Intrapac Chief Operating Officer Max Shifman said the win highlighted the hard work and dedication of the Queensland team behind Harvest Rise.
“I’m incredibly proud of how the Harvest Rise has been designed as a place that returns us to that community feel we all want for our neighbourhood,” Mr Shifman said.
The awards celebrate the creation of urban spaces within the city of Logan, and their excellence of design.
The Master Planning award is presented to best master planned developments and communities.
“We are pleased to have received the award this year for all that Harvest Rise has to offer from the intricately designed spaces, the amenities, the attention to detail of its layout and its ideal location.
“Harvest Rise promotes a happy and rounded out lifestyle, not only through offering necessities such as shops, schools and sporting grounds, but also through thinking of those minor details such walking connections within the estate that have a positive effect on those that live there,” he said.
The judges were equally praising with both the simplicity and design excellence in the layout of Harvest Rise.
They commented on how they were impressed with the relationship between open space, living areas and circulation hierarchy, not only within the overall masterplan but also in respect of its connections to regional open space and cycle ways.
Mr Shifman said the encouragement of sustainable lifestyles was also recognised through the numerous walkways and cycle paths within and external to the estate.
“Intrapac Property have always known that Harvest Rise is an idyllic masterplanned estate, surrounded by nature. This award cements the vision that we can create communities that offer more than homes,” Mr Shifman said.
We are committed to quality and innovation, as well as the intelligent design which remains unchanged and provides a solid foundation for the creation of this desirable urban space.
