Here’s a round-up of Intrapac Property’s current developments, all of which are inspiring to come home to, whatever the weather:
QUAY 2, TORQUAY, VIC
Quay 2 is the continuation of The Quay, Torquay’s most successful residential housing development and winner of a UDIA Award for Excellence. Quay2 was officially launched on 28 May at a community family fun day, with Surf Coast Mayor Rose Hodge and Andrew Katos MP for South Barwon in attendance. Quay 2 will consist of over 600 dwellings, with a mix of land lots and modern, medium-density townhomes. It will be a premium coastal neighbourhood continuing which builds upon the themes that made The Quay such a success, including ocean view lots, quality urban design and landscaping, and coastal design guidelines. Construction on the first stages commences this month.
SOMERFIELD, KEYSBOROUGH, VIC
Somerfield has been an incredible success story, transforming the suburb of Keysborough. The neighbourhood is now over 95% sold out and is due for completion by late-2017. Consisting of almost 2000 homes, Somerfield was one of the UDIA EnviroDevelopment accreditations in Victoria, with a focus on sustainable design and living. The Somerfield area has recently benefitted from a number of key State Government funding announcements, such as a new Keysborough South primary school and new bus routes. Intrapac and Somerfield have worked together to create a resident’s social club. The Somerfield Social Club is a roaring success for community, hosting multiple events throughout the year. Final releases of land are on sale.
SOMERFIELD TOWNHOMES, VIC
Recent sales releases have included bespoke townhomes, ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms, positioned to enjoy the best of the wider Somerfield estate. These architect-designed townhomes are suitable for a range of demographics, suiting young couples, families and downsizers with products that suit a low maintenance lifestyle.
ALWOOD, WERRIBEE, VIC
Alwood is a new neighbourhood located near the heart of historic Werribee. Sales have been strong, with over 110 lots sold since release. Less than 30mins’ drive from Melbourne’s CBD, construction of the first stages is due to commence soon, with current lots available in sizes ranging from 251m2 to 521m2. Alwood is the only EnviroDevelopment certified project in the Werribee area.
ALLERTON PARK, PARK RIDGE, QLD
Limited to just 104 new, large house lots, Allerton Park provides exclusivity in an intimate community. Larger than average lots are now selling in the development, just 30 minutes to Brisbane CBD. Over 85% of the land is sold, with titles due in early September.
NOONAMAH RIDGE, NT
Noonamah Ridge is a proposed master-planned rural residential community in the Noonamah/Hughes region with a number of groundbreaking environmental initiatives. It is currently being considered for development approval, following almost three years of detailed investigations in the preparation of a masterplan and Environmental Impact Statement. Noonamah Ridge will consist of approximately 4,000 rural lots in a natural setting, with rural village centres and an employment precinct.

- Ellarook, Truganina, VIC – 520 lots in the best part of Melbourne’s west
