Ellarook Launches in Truganina, the New Heart of Melbourne’s Thriving West.

Multi-award winning residential developer Intrapac Property today announces the launch of its Ellarook project in Truganina, the new heart of Melbourne’s thriving west. The news comes hot on the heels of winning two Urban Development Institute of Australia Excellence Awards – Best Residential Development and Environmental Excellence – for its Somerfield project in Keysborough.

“Ellarook is just about the closest greenfield land estate to the Melbourne CBD, adjacent to a planned new train station, sporting fields, and just up the road from a new town centre,” says Maxwell Shifman, Intrapac Property’s Chief Operating Officer. “It delivers the best of the West and with a future primary school on-site it’s also the perfect choice for young families.”

Located just 22km (approx 25 minutes) from the city, Ellarook is an inspired choice for buyers to live in a real community in comfortable commutable distance to the CBD. There’s also the lure of the world-famous Surf Coast in the other direction for weekend days out at the beach, at wineries on the Bellarine Peninsula or shopping at Pacific Werribee.

“Above all that convenience, it’s a very pretty site and reminiscent of the English countryside,” says Mr Shifman. “We’re even retaining the heritage stone walls, remnants of the Irish farming families who lived there in the late 19th Century.”

In the area, there’s also a pony club, little athletics, bike trails and golf courses, as well as the growing Truganina Employment Precinct. It’s close to Tarneit train station and a future Truganina train station will be opened across the road.

Intrapac Property specialises in creating inspiring environments and places people want to spend time, work and live in areas all around Australia.

“We’ve built on a 30-year history of master-planning thriving communities around Australia and will create a beautiful central park and creek reserve in Ellarook, with many more parks and playgrounds nearby,” says Mr Shifman. “Work/life balance won’t be a problem.”

Ellarook launched to the public on February 25th, so be quick to register your interest and secure remaining land. Visit www.ellarook.com.au or phone the sales team on 1300 032 749 today.
