Intrapac Property, the developer with the most UDIA EnviroDevelopment Certifications in Australia, today announces the public launch of its Harvest Rise project in Greenbank, Brisbane, which achieved a total of 15 sold and committed lots sales in its launch weekend.
Harvest Rise is the third Queensland project for the company, following quickly behind the limited-release, successful sell-out of its Allerton Park project.

“We spent a lot of time searching for the perfect land in South-East Queensland and at Harvest Rise we tick every box. It’s set on a natural high-point amongst stunning rolling hills, with views stretching to White Rock Conservation Park and Spring Mountain Forest Park,” says Maxwell Shifman, Chief Operating Officer for Intrapac Property.

Harvest Rise’s location is close to everything, with Brisbane (34kms or 28 minutes away) – an easy drive via major highways or public transport, as well as being close to all necessary amenities including access to schools, shopping centres (including Park Ridge Town Centre), public transport (such as the Park Ridge Park ‘n Ride) and hospitals.

There are a number of block sizes available (from 399m2 to 560m2), as well as a selection of block types. One example in the Harvest Lanes release is the rear-loading (or rear-access) site. This block type means car access and parking is at the rear of the property, resulting in better traffic flow and a safer, more secure community for children and pedestrians. It also means a less-cluttered streetscape without garage doors and parked cars covering home facades.

“Builders were also onsite at the VIP launch showcasing the house and land packages we have available, so within the premium land release, there are options to suit many different buyers,” says Mr Shifman.

The name Harvest Rise alludes to the once abundant fields of grapes that grew on the land. In keeping with the beautiful surrounds, you can plan your own idyllic life at Harvest Rise with spacious lots adjacent to a conservation corridor, and with every lot within a short walk or cycle from a park.

Harvest Rise invites you to be part of a neighbourhood that is built on living a healthy, happy lifestyle. Local shops, schools, recreation areas and sporting fields are just minutes away.

Harvest Rise has been certified an UDIA EnviroDevelopment in all six categories – the highest achievable level. This independent certification highlights the sustainable aspects that Harvest Rise excels in, in the areas of ecosystems, waste, energy, materials, water and community.

“Building your dream home at Harvest Rise means you’ll enjoy the healthy lifestyle benefits and energy cost savings that come with this level of sustainability, protecting your investment for the long term” says Shifman, whose company specialises in creating inspiring environments – places people want to spend time, work and live in areas all around Australia.
